Lazy Sunday

We were very lazy today. Even our neighbor Michael (who is 13) got bored with us today! We just hung out in the back yard. Here is a picture of our 1 dollar flip flops from Old Navy. I think in the five years that we have been married this is Brian's first pair!

A little rambling

Okay so I win for worst mother because I did not bring the camera last weekend to the birthday party so therefore I have no pics to post from that wonderful event. It truly was fun. My parents place is the best for throwing a party. There was cake, pinatas, swimming, hot dogs, and a huge hole full of mud. Now that is a party! I do have some pics that my cousin took but I can't figure out how to get them saved but I am trying. Now that Nate is three I told him he can no longer wear pull ups because 3 year olds wear underwear. So far so good! Well I know that it is not exciting without pictures but I just hate checking someone's blog and they haven't updated (right Kristen!! and by the way I LOVE the shoeboxes!) I went to the library today and checked out a book so my chair is calling me!

We spent the weekend in Nashville to celebrate the June birthdays! David, Nicole, Nate and Mom all were ready for cake. Nanny and Pa did a great job getting the party together. Nate have another party on Thursday at MDO and then at Nana's with Halle. His actual birthday is Friday but he should be bringing 3 in with a bang:)

Road Trip

Last weekend Jenna and I had a girl road trip to see Halle dance the night away! I also got to sew with Shelly and that was great. I am not sure why these are so small but I will get my engineer on that!

Happy Anniversary

Five years ago tonight I was rushing around trying to find something to wear to my wedding rehearsal. Now here I am five years later wondering if I will ever get a shower today! I can't believe that it will be five years tomorrow. Brian here are my five favorite things about you!

1. You are an awesome leader of our home
2. The two little people that are vying for lap space right at this moment
3. The fact that you are so cheery in the morning ( that is also on another list of mine:)
4. You love me at my worst
5. You will eat almost anything that I put in front of you!

I love you with all my heart and I look forward to what the next five will hold!!
