"pre" party

Since Jenna's bday falls in Nov, we decided to have a "pre" bday bash with our buddies before we left. We painted pumpkins and masks and ate lots of sweet treats. Even though it is really a month away, I can't believe that sweet girl is going to be 5!

Jenna had her last ballet class last Thursday. We have been so blessed with sweet friends to be in class with this year.

Best. Day. Ever.

Today was a great day. My BF has had a quilt that she wanted to get finished so we loaded up our boys and spent the day at moma's. It doesn't get much better than spending the day surrounded by great friends, good food, and sewing machines:) Here are Mrs. Pat and Cassie loading the quilt on the machine.

Don't be tricked into thinking that I helped! My job today was keeping the conversation and coffee coming!


These two guys have been cramming in all the time they can before we leave. We start loading up on Tues and are rolling out on Thursday so by this time next week we will be in our new house. We are so ready for this adventure to begin but I know these next few days are going to be very emotional for all of us.

Farm Fun

Sea World

We took a whirl wind trip to Texas for fall break. We went to Sea World San Antonio to see our niece who is performing in a Halloween show there.


JD and Pa on the merry go round, N and J were on the roller coaster! This part of the park was Sesame Street themed and they had the characters walking around. In the next picture you can see Telly in the corner. The kiddos were front and center for the "Count Down to Halloween with the Count" show. JD danced and danced and keep saying "Whose that" ( maybe we should watch more sesame street!)

*Off the subject* see miss J's chin, she is sporting 3 stitches. Fell off her bike on Tues.

We got to the park at 10 that morning, we left at 9 that night! Our theory with keeping JD from absolute meltdown-keep feeding him!! Here he is with a pickle.

N loved this ride. He probably would have rode it over and over! Do you see how high it is?!!

And down they come.. J was not as thrilled with this ride but would not be out done by her brother.
