Happy Halloween!

We had so much fun yesterday. Nanny, Pa, Nana and the Hutsons all came to have dinner with us then it was time to hit the street. Go to Auntie's page to see more pictures. I know this sounds cheesy but I love days that are surrounded by lots of family and great friends. We are truly blessed with both.

Down on the farm

We visited the Donnell Century Farm this morning. It was beautiful weather and the kiddos had lots of fun. Our farm guide was a buddy of mine from college, his family runs the farm. Jon David LOVED this big slide and I had to go down it at least 20 times with him but he just giggled the whole way down so back up we would go:)

Field Trip!

We decided yesterday, after going back and forth about the weather, to head to the zoo. It was a perfect day for it. JD had a big time. As you can see he hit the ground running...

After all the fun at the zoo we decided to hit "Incredible Pizza". We were there about as long as we were at the zoo!

I loved getting to make this little girl "happy". It is for a college buddy of mine that had his first baby last week. It is on its way to Alabama (well as soon as I get everyone ready and out the door)



And just in case you need a little "happy" to look at like I did to remind me that I do just love this girl, even if she did decide to replant one of the mums that I bought Sat IN HER ROOM, here you go...

Yesterday we took off with friends to a nearby state park. It was a beautiful day and the kiddos enjoyed playing in the sand and water. Here are a couple of my favorite pictures...

This was my first time with crocheting a flower. It is a super easy pattern that can be finished in little time and around here that is a must. ( Thanks for the help Auntie!)
